TriSource Solutions is a highly responsive merchant payments processing company providing an exceptional performance-based technology platform.

TriSource Solutions, LLC was formed in 2003 in Davenport, Iowa as a traditional non-bank acquirer offering merchant services to agents and ISOs. Originally organized under the name CentralBANCARD, our first agents were brought on board in mid-2003.

Two years later, we began offering third party processing services to include authorization services through TSYS-Acquiring Solutions, and clearing and settlement services through Nobel Electronic Transfer LLC. In 2007, TriSource purchased Nobel, which was located just across the Mississippi River in Rock Island, Illinois. Nobel has been a registered Third Party Processor and Card Association settlement endpoint since 1995.

  • William Brockway Managing Partner

    Bill Brockway is a co-founder and Partner in TriSource Solutions with almost four decades of experience in the payments industry. Prior to forming TriSource Solutions, Bill was employed at Quad City Bancard, Inc. and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors from 1994-2002. Quad City Bancard, Inc. processed for various national and regional ISOs. Bill was also one of the Founders and partners of Nobel Electronic Transfer LLC and CentralBANCARD.

  • Henry Harp Managing Partner

    Henry Harp is a co-founder and Partner in TriSource Solutions with over three decades of experience in the payments industry. Prior to forming TriSource Solutions, Henry was with TSYS and Vital Processing Services, a joint venture company of TSYS and Visa USA. Henry served as Executive Vice President of Vital since its inception and has held various senior leadership roles in Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and International Development. Prior to the formation of Vital, Henry served as VP and headed the Merchant Acquirer Processing Division of TSYS. His responsibilities were to handle all acquiring clients utilizing the TSYS Merchant Processing platform as well as the customer service, conversion, training, and IT functions supporting those clients.

  • Thomas M. Dunn President

    Thomas M. Dunn joined TriSource Solutions as President in July 2007. Tom brings a wealth of industry experience to the TriSource management team with almost four decades of experience in the payments industry, focusing largely on merchant acquiring. Tom spent 13 years with Global Payments Inc., and its predecessor, National Data Corporation, serving as Chief Operating Officer. He has held executive positions with Transaction Network Services, Citibank and First Interstate Bank and co-founded, built and sold CardPoint, Inc., an Independent Sales Organization.

  • Deborah Brown Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

    Deborah's career in this industry began in 1995 with Quad City Bancard, a merchant acquiring bank and card issuing bank. There, she oversaw customer service and data entry for cardholders, merchants, and independent sales offices using TSYS, Global Payments and Nobel authorization centers. She established policies and procedures for these departments, as well as working in risk management, accounting, and handling chargebacks at various times in her career. Deborah has been with TriSource Solutions, and its predecessor Central BanCard, since its inception and is an integral part of its day to day operations. She currently oversees and manages Operations for TriSource Solutions, with direct reports of accounting, risk & underwriting, human resources, customer service, data entry, and agent & ISO relations. Deborah served as a board member for MAC (Merchant Acquiring Committee). She also served as the Chair for ETA's CPP Commission which oversees the accreditation program for Certified Payment Professionals. Deborah has served as instructor at ETA University classes. Deborah is also a member of International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators (IAFCI), Women Networking in Electronic Transactions (W.net), Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE).

  • Tony Wilden Executive Vice President

    Tony joined the TriSource team when Nobel Electronic Transfer, LLC merged with TriSource Solutions in July 2007. Tony has worked for Nobel since its inception in 1995. He began as a developer and quickly became an operational business analyst and later Vice President of Production. Tony was critical to Nobel's initial and long term success. In 2003 he became the General Manager of Nobel Electronic Transfer, LLC and the key member of the team that designed every system that runs at Nobel.

  • Brad Dunker Senior Vice President, Systems and Compliance

    Brad joined the TriSource team when Nobel Electronic Transfer, LLC was merged with TriSource Solutions in July 2007. He has worked for Nobel since 1996 where he started as a production operator and quickly moved on to become the Systems Administrator. In 2000 he became the Network Administrator and oversaw the infrastructure of the network during Nobel's expansion of services to the Internet. In 2003 Brad became the Managing Director of IT Services and part of the team of managers that streamlined Nobel into the payment card processor it is today. Today Brad oversees the compliance, production automation, security and all other areas related to Information Technologies. Brad graduated from the University of Northern Iowa and is MCSE certified.

  • Jann McMahan Vice President, Client Development

    Jann McMahan joined TriSource Solutions in August of 2007. Jann has over two decades of experience in the Credit Card Processing Industry with TSYS and TSYS Acquiring Solutions (previously Vital Processing Services). Prior to her career in the Credit Card Processing Industry she worked 12 years in the Financial Industry with Columbus Bank and Trust Company and American Express. While at TSYS Jann trained clients on the TSYS Merchant Processing platform, led training teams in designing and delivering customized training for conversion projects and supported Marketing with proposal responses and client overviews. Jann served in several leadership roles at TSYS Acquiring Solutions (Vital) as Director of Training and Documentation, Vice President and Senior Vice President of Training and Conversions and Site Manager responsible for budget and facility management in the Columbus office.

  • Laura Hauber Vice President, Operations and Risk

    Laura Hauber has been with the company since its inception in 2003, she has more than two decades of experience in the banking and bank card industries. Starting as a customer service representative, Laura was instrumental in creating and managing the Agent Services department, managing relationships with agents as well as ISO offices. She acts as the personal liaison between agents and ISOs with each department at TriSource: Client Services, Accounting and Risk. In addition to her standard duties, Laura also assumes the role of Operations Manager when Deb Brown (EVP/COO) is out of the office to insure a seamless continuation of service for TriSource clients.

  • Brian Howard Vice President, Accounting

    Brian joined the company in January 2005. He heads up the accounting department, is responsible for settlement balancing with our processing banks, and oversees all accounting functions for TriSource. Brian earned his Master's degree in Accountancy from Saint Ambrose University.

  • Jennie Fink Assistant Vice President, Client Services

    Jennie’s career in the payment processing industry began in 1996 with Quad City Bancard, where she was responsible for handling chargebacks. Jennie has been with TriSource Solutions since its inception, originally handling chargebacks and retrievals. She then moved into a customer service roll, building terminal files on TSYS. Currently, Jennie oversees and manages the Client Services team as well as directing all data entry, working with management to maintain and streamline the policies and procedures for both departments.
